1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website at notariodirectup.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by NotarioDirecto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

NotarioDirecto offers professional notary services, including document notarization, certification, and legal acknowledgment, delivered in person or via secure online meeting.

3. Digital Guides and Training

We may offer informational products such as e-books or video guides (“Infoproducts”) on legal topics. Delivery is immediate upon purchase.

4. Physical Products

Some products, such as sealed certificates or printed materials, may be shipped. Shipping times vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Notary Services

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of notarial acts, payments for services are non-refundable once scheduled. You may request to reschedule or transfer a service appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra cost. To reschedule, please Contact Us.

5.2 Infoproducts

Infoproducts are eligible for a refund if a request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund or transfer your purchase to another product or date, please Contact Us. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

5.3 Physical Products

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Alternatively, you may swap the item for a different product of equal value.
